api-key is the same as user ID, format is ALWAYS "user:*******************", don't remove "user:"

Create account / refill balance

To create a new api key, use the command:

/refill <amount of credit to add> <api key>

Check account balance

/balance <api-key>

(*if you wish to credit an existing account, otherwise leave this parameter blank).
